A customer who is a consumer within the meaning of the Consumer Protection Act shall have the right, without compensation or penalty and without giving any reason, to withdraw from the concluded contract for the purchase of goods by returning the goods within 14 (fourteen) working days from the date of receipt. Each product must be returned in a merchantable condition, there must be no wastage on buttons, panels or damage. Returned goods must be free from signs of use, original packaging must not be disturbed, torn or damaged. Each returned item must be accompanied by the following: warranty card, buyer's guide, item/product return form.

Reasons for Refusal to Return a Product/Article:
Goods that are altered, damaged, with signs of use.
Specialized equipment that was supplied with an order for the designated customer.
Customized orders:
Any order for an item/product that is not in stock and is requested by the customer, e.g.: multimedia, car accessory, heater, solar system.
Transport costs, additional charges upon payment and cash on delivery.
Goods not in their original packaging with missing parts, erased, tampered serial number, or warranty sticker.

Merchandise with an impaired merchantable appearance - scratches, smudges, wear, etc.

Products with a replaced operating system, or other interference with the software or hardware of the product.

Return of item/product:

If the customer wishes to return an item/product, it is necessary to:

-Send the device/artifact with accompanying documentation, resp: warranty card, customer's cancellation form.

-Transport costs for returning the item/product are at the customer's expense.

-Only the taxable value of the item is refunded.

-Funds on returned orders/orders will be refunded within 14 working days, subject to item/product return requirements.
